When to replace your motorcycle helmet?  LIke many of us we ride and ride and ride without thinking about proper care of some items that we just take for granted everyday. Our motorcycle riding helmets are one of the most critical components to motorcycle riding safety. Recent laws in some states do not require a helmet to be used when on road riding. I am not a fan or advocate of riding a motorcycle without proper headgear and helmet.  According to   The  Insurance Institute for Highway Safety   Because serious head injury is common among fatally injured motorcyclists, helmet use is important.
